This is a very nice looking Liberty postal scale with a 4 pound capacity.
It has the shape of a vintage kitchen scale but on a smaller scale ……(no pun intended;).

It has an “Effective Date” of 1 -1 -49 (1949) and beautiful graphics that indicates the pricing for U.S. first class mail, U.S. airmail and Foreign first class mail. It order has a lovely, vintage aesthetic with a painted brass colored finish. Use it as intended, adding an authentic element to your office or home decor or as a handsome design prop.

It is a great display piece!
