That patent number is for a company named Ballou that made jewelry findings from the 1930's to the 1960's. The gorgeous rhinestones reflect a lot of light and color. Prong-set stones in silver-tone metal. All stones present and clips clasp tightly. Gorgeous formal occasion earrings. Three inches long and one inch wide.
