Order sierra ballpoint pen 1

This is a sierra ballpoint pen made with a coffee and cream barrel and rhodium plated fittings. The blank for this pen has real coffee beans cast in a cream order colored resin. It uses standard parker style ink refills. Other sierra ballpoint pens are available as shown in the pictures.

The coffee and cream blank is prepared for the lathe by cutting to length and drilled for a brass tube. The blank is then mounted on the lathe and turned to the desired shape. After turning, it is sanded to 1500 grit sandpaper and polished. Calipers are used to match the diameters of the ends with the corresponding fitting.
