This previously used item is in good working condition but with wear consistent with age and use. The smoked plastic bean hopper and grounds compartment have scratches, marks and cloudiness, including several deeper scratches on the grounds compartment. I have cleaned all compartments that can be removed and brushed the grinder area with a soft brush but some coffee grinds may remain in the base unit.
