Large Art order Deco Cased Glass Vase

This is a very unusual art glass vase. It is unmarked and I have not been able to find out anything about it despite weeks of research. I'm guessing it was made in the 1920's because of the shape/art order deco look but other than it being vintage I do not know what era it is from.
The top of the Vase is orange cased in clear glass. It is funnel shaped with 4 layers. It doesn't appear to be painted, the glass is that color.
The bottom is hexagon shaped clear glass. The bottom is UV reactive, the top not as much.
Overall, this is an unusual item but very nice and unique. A great piece of home décor, a centerpiece, a conversation starter.
I found no flaws with this item. There are no cracks or chips. I don't see any major scratches. There is always the possibility that I missed some minor flaw
