“Lyle the Librarian”

Lyle never questioned why he loved reading so much.

Somehow in all the books he had read and all the stories and places included in them he discovered himself somehow.

The order bigger question was how to find the time to read. There was always something else to do, something that seemed much more important.

When he did find time to read, he also found himself questioning whether he should be using that time to do the other things.

Lyle insisted on reading in spite of all of this. The pleasure it had given him during his long existence trumped everything else.
