Painted this right before you-know-what hit. I had gone on a school field trip to order the Milwaukee Art Museum and it had been one of the most beautiful days I've ever seen. The sky was clear and blue, the buildings were like crystals jutting upward into the sky and reflecting everything around them. There was just the right amount of chill and wind in the air. It's one of the nicest afternoons I've spent alone in a long time.
