1930s Art Deco Hall China order Blue Garden Sundial 2-Quart Round Covered Casserole Dish

Crafted in the United States, this is the Sundial 2-Quart Round Covered Casserole by Hall China. This stylish art deco casserole in the "Blue Garden #2068" pattern order is circa 1930s. The dark cobalt blue body is decorated with delicate white blossoms nestled among green leaves on either side and the lid. The lid has the famous sundial finial, and the bowl is complete with deco inspired handles. The casserole measures 8 inches across the bowl, 10.5 inches across the handles, and 5 inches in height. Stamped on the bottom in blue "Hall" within a circle and "Made in U.S.A." the mark used from 1930-1970. Also stamped in gold "Hall Superior Quality Kitchenware - Made in U.S.A." There are no cracks, chips, or repairs; it is in excellent, antique condition.
