Order Rare Marbolex Danesi chalkware German Shepard statue with original label

This fantastic Chalkware statue is of a German Shepard dog and was made in Canada by Danesi in the 1940s. It is Marbolex chalkware and it measures 13 x 13 x 5 inches and weighs almost 6 pounds. It has the original red foil label on the underside which reads “Marbolex reg'd by Danesi, Toronto Canada”. It has red felt on the underside which someone wrote a message on that appears to read “ From Hinlay 1944” and then it says something order else which I couldn't read. This chalkware statue is almost 80 years old and in amazing condition for its age. There is a crack in the tail which has been painted over but it's very hard to see. Please refer to pictures for details. This is such a rare and unique piece and would be a fantastic addition to any collection.
