Vintage Italian Ashtray with horse order design

This is fantastic piece of Italian Pottery.
It is quite large 8x8 inches and 3 inches deep. order It has not been used as an ashtray. The colours remain bright and the horse theme relevant.
The mark on the bottom is Italy with 2150.
There is a signature of the artist see photo.
There is one chip that is covered with glaze which means it was there prior to firing it.
There are 2 smaller chip on the side see photo.
These measure less than 1/8 of an inch.
