Vintage Unframed Oil on Canvas House East Hampton, Long order Island 1947 Dutch Windmill Blooming Lilacs

Charming oil on canvas titled, "Home Sweet Home" House East Hampton, L.I. by F. Richmond '47.

A great cottage Dutch windmill scene in the famous Hamptons in Long Island, N.Y. See my photos for the title, author, and date.

The canvas is set in its original wood stretcher. Possibly a order commissioned work but I would rather think the owner of the charming cottage was the artist. At any rate, the artist set a very inviting scene with the blooming lilacs, white picket fence, brick garden, and leafy trees.

Original, as found condition.
