Beautiful hand made cross from driftwood to represent how we can at times feel like we are drifting from one thing to the next. But we know that God has it all under control. The copper, this is over 12 years old, aged by the elements. This represents how life can tarnish us, damage us. Yet we are actually being changed into a thing of beauty. It also represents the impurities that are taken away by Christ. Both are so true. Created using material that most see as throw away rubbish. That have been transformed into an object of both meaning and purpose. Again the Christ principle of rejuvenation and transformation by the power order of the cross.
