We applique the front with a green, winged dragon with his pointy tail trying to blow out his birthday candles with his firey breath! Just a few more breaths and he'll have it. We start with navy gingham fabric. The shoulders fasten with red buttons to bring out that color in the dragon. The applique of the dragon is put on the center of the outfit and is made in the colors shown.
Available in sizes 12m-4t with a choice of numbers 1, 2, 3 or 4 on the cupcake and 1, 2, 3 or 4 candles.
