Blinks blue when phone is placed on mat, but will be SOLID BLUE when phone is placed properly on charging symbol.
Must be plugged in to charge and the phone batter must be placed on the ((((())))) Symbol for proper charging.

TO ORDER:
1. Choose your color and design carefully from the drop-down menus.

2.If ordering one of the Monogram Designs, please provide the initials you want engraved in the exact order you want them engraved in the customization box provided.

3.If you are requesting a Custom Design, please give us as much detail as you can in the customization box provided. Please include a little back story and who the item is for….this helps expedite the design process. We will reach out via messages with any questions. If you already have the artwork, please send it to us via Etsy messages.

***Failure to check your messages for design approval will delay your order. We are NOT responsible for delays due to order failure to respond. ****

4.Add item to your cart and follow the checkout process when you are ready. Be sure to check your messages in the coming days for design approval.

WHOLESALE
We do offer wholesale rates in some cases. This is based on the product and quantity of the order. When we can buy in large quantity, we forward that savings on to you in most cases. However, the engraving costs are still the same as our work load will not change with a larger orders. Please reach out to us via Etsy Messages with wholesale questions. Thank you!


SHIPPING

WEST COAST-(AK-CA-OR-WA-HI- ID-AZ-UT-NM) ALL West Coast Orders will ship FEDEX GROUND and may take a few extra days to arrive.
Your tracking number will be provided to the email you used when placing your order.

If you require faster SHIPPING you can choose PRIORITY or EXPRESS at checkout, however the higher shipping rates will be your responsibility and will not be covered by Rustic Route Designs

If your order requires INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and you tracking will be provided in an email from Etsy when you order ships.

PROCESSING TIME
At Rustic Route Designs we make processing and shipping speed our top priority. We know that when you fall in love with a personalized product, you would like to receive it as soon as possible.
Orders will be produced and shipped within 3-5 business days; however, we usually produce and ship within 24 to 48 hours when it is not a busy time of year. If you need to have your item shipped overnight, please send us a message via our contact form and we will send you a PayPal request for the remaining balance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Contact Rustic Route Designs within 24 hours of placing the order
If the order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel the order.

If the order has already been produced and shipped, we cannot accept a cancellation as all of our designs are permanent and cannot be undone.

RETURN POLICY
***We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom engraved products***
We gladly accept returns for non-custom engraved products. Item/s must be shipped back to Rustic Route Designs within 3 days of delivery and all returns must have tracking.
