One of the widest known brand in soviet photo industry. The second attempt (and quite successful indeed) to produce mass-market Leica copies. During WW2, The Soviet camera maker FED was evacuated to escape advancing German troops. After the war FED had troubles getting its copy of the pre-war German Leica 35mm camera back into production. Because KMZ's plant had escaped destruction, that company started making the FED camera under a joint FED-Zorki logo. When FED got back in operation, KMZ continued to produce the cameras under the Zorki trademark (intended for export either) and made some order design changes.
The Zorki-2C has both flash synchronization and a self timer. It also has strap lugs on the body, something the Zorki-C lacked. Zorki-2C came both with collapsible and fixed Industar-50 lens.
Product code: Film camera ZORKI 2C. Rangefinder Film Camera. Not order working.
