We use a clear butcher block conditioner of food grade mineral oil, which seals the wood and protects the board while allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty of the wood.

Please allow for slight variations in the tone and the grain of the wood, which may vary between your cutting board and the one shown in the picture. WE offer the cutting boars in walnut, cherry, oak and jatoba.

The size of this cutting board is 12 x 18 x 3/4" thick

*** We added a groove to one side of the cutting boards to collect the juice that accumulates so that it doesn't make a mess on the counter top.
