1/2 birthday appliqued bodysuit and coordinating ribbon tutu.

A soft backing is ironed on the inside to protect the skin.

The tutu has an elastic waist band and is made with 2 layers of tulle.

Fabric colors and tulle colors can be changed to fit your needs.
