This is a great set of historical pieces related to the killing of President Kennedy. We've got 3 local newspapers from Morgantown, West Virginia (front page wraparounds only). Two of the Morgantown Post, including one from the afternoon he was shot (Nov. 22, 1963) and the other from the following day when order he had been pronounced dead. The other is a copy of the Morgantown Dominion-News from Nov. 23, 1963. Also a copy of The Torch is Passed, the collectible coffee table book published by the Associated Press in the wake of JFK's death. It's 100 pages long and full of great writing and photography. We've also got the collectible book from the 1964 Democratic National Convention in Atlantic City. This one is 200 pages long and full of colorful ads from the era, as well as historical writings and a remembrance of JFK. It's also coffee table sized. And finally, the actual paper program from the 1964 DNC that lists the schedule of events. It's in flawless condition.
