*SECONDS SALE* This cup is part of my seconds sale and is discounted. The clay was slightly under fired so it perspires a little at the bottom when holding HOT liquids like boiling tea or coffee (usable with a coaster). However it can safely hold warm, room temperature, or cold liquids like water or juice without a coaster. It would be adorable as a vanity piece, a small succulent pot, or decoratively to brighten a room. Lots of labor and time was put into this cup. Unfortunately I couldn't re-fire it since the gold luster was already on.
Two sweet stoneware cups illustrated with white tailed deer doe. There is clear glaze on the exterior, an olive caramel glaze on the interior, and 22 karat gold luster accents on the flora and handles. The cups hold approximately 6 oz. each and are 3in tall X 2.5in wide.

Hand wash only. Not suitable for the microwave or dishwasher. Gold luster is metallic and sensitive to wear and high heat. Best suited for cold liquids.
My practice is influenced by environmental welfare, animals, and sustainability. I reuse packing materials. While it is not the prettiest packing, helping keep multiple use items like bubble wrap and paper out of landfills is a great way to reduce waste and recycle.
