TUTU is made with yards upon yards of cobalt blue tulle for a full and fluffy skirt. It has light blue and aqua ribbon trim that is accentuated with light blue felt leaves. The tutu is finished off with a double stacked fuschia pink bow for a polished look.

SEWN COSTUME TOP will be sewn from 100% cotton cobalt blue fabric. I have sewn on matching fuschia satin straps that lace up in the back and for an adjustable fit. I have added a cotton strap with zig zag trim that is inspired by Poppy's dress.

HEADBAND is made from super soft teal glitter foe elastic. It has 3 felt flowers attached securely.

ANKLE TUTUS X2 will be full and fluffy and made to match.
