Detroit Times order Cook Book 1936 Edition

This rare order book is rich with recipes from the Detroit Times, who thanks “more than 13,000 housewives, ready and willing to contribute their favorite recipes and thereby help to make this Cook Book possible.” It is a glimpse into the recipes, both delicious and strange, that were staples of depression-era cooking in the 1930's.
