Never burned/melted. Properly stored in a cool, dark area in a pet and smoke-free home. I pack very carefully (400+ sales, mainly candles), and usually ship within 24 hours. Please note that wax may shift in transit in extreme temps (e.g., winter or summer), but will normalize if you let it sit at room temp for a day.
