Processing Speeds start at the time I receive the fingerprints from you. To receive the keychain sooner, choose the ink method:

There are two options to create the fingerprints. With the first option, I will send you a mold kit, which you will use to get a mold of your fingerprints, complete with instructions on how to make the mold, which is completely non-toxic.

With the second option, you can use an inkpad or marker to create an ink version of the fingerprints, photograph it with either a smartphone or a good scanner, and email me a photo image of the fingerprints. I can then use the image to create a 3D stamp out of the print and create the impression of the fingerprint on the keychain. Please let me know during checkout which option you'd like.

********Fingerprint items created by a mold or ink version of a fingerprint will only have as much definition of the print as the buyer can provide with the mold/ink version of the print. Please keep this in mind when purchasing fingerprint jewelry/key chains. Fainter prints, especially in people very young or very old in age, will be more difficult to transfer to the silver. Even if a print is fainter when captured in the silver, the shape/outline are all real and will be the impression of the fingerprint provided to me by the buyer, so the charm/key chain/ring will still have meaningful value.*********

**This listing is for one completed keychain. The cost of shipping the mold and the charm to the buyer is included but the shipping to send the completed fingerprint molds from the buyer to me is NOT included in the cost of shipping.**

I do clear up the images of the fingerprints with photo software prior to creating the 3D stamp which I then use to press into the metal.

Both options will create a slightly different result. With the ink version of the print, I'm able to press the print down into the metal to provide you with the feel of the ridges of the print. With the mold kit, the print will have a smoother feeling.
