Book is in very good condition. Light blue paper covered boards with dark blue cloth spine with gilt titles. Minor wear to edges and corners, a couple of spots. The front and back endpapers are a map of the islands of Boston Harbor sourced from USCGS and Edward Rowe Snow. Binding is tight. Pages are clean and unmarked with the order exception of signature. There is one page 327/328 that was folded before the pages were trimmed, it has small tears where it was unfolded although it remains folded because it is larger than the other pages.
Dust jacket has sun fading with many tears and chips. The back flap has an unclipped price of $3.25.
