HOW TO USE....

Hot Pack: Simply place the Pad in the microwave in 1 minute increments, for a maximum of 3 minutes total, depending on the size and strength of your microwave, order then place on the affected area. If it needs more heating, heat it slowly 30 seconds at a time.

Cold Pack : Always keep an extra pack in your freezer in a resealable plastic bag, making it always ready to use...

Flax seed Pack Care: spot clean and air dry. Once completely cooled off and dry, place in a zippered plastic bag to keep clean and also to preserve the scent of the herbs if you chose to have them added to your neck wrap.
