"Darya", meaning: the sea. Darya is inspired by my take on a mermaid on her wedding day. I really think that this necklace would shine at beach order wedding! Whether you are the bride, a bridesmaid, or a guest this necklace will knock their socks off! Plus, it is super comfortable and light to wear. So, no troubles while dancing into the night! "Darya" is made of snow white wedding applique, studded with faux pearls, and clear Swarovski crystals to make it twinkle like the sea in the sunshine. Cascading down the middle are three beige applique flowers accented in the middle with silver sequins, faux pearls, and seashells (given to me by my eighty-four year old friend when she visited Hawaii). Swooping up the side of the neck is a chain of silver wired faux pearls and a powder blue ribbon ties it all together in the back. This piece is designed to wear like a collar, as depicted, so the applique fits off to the side.
