Pretty Sure He’s A Mohair order Steiff Without His Button Antique Straw Filled Dog

Almost positive he is a German Steiff pup. His head moves and he is straw filled. He's order missing his button and tag but was found with her collection of them. His little mohair is so course I just love it! He measures only 5 x 6 1/2 and looks adorable just sitting like a hood boy.
