This Hmong Inspired Tutu is a finished product and ready to be shipped for your special Princess.

Waist length is 18 inches and 7 inches in length. Waist band is elastic, so it is stretchable.

TUTU WILL BE SHIPPED 2-3 DAYS AFTER PURCHASED. IT WILL BE SHIPPED THROUGH USPS PRIORITY MAIL SO IT WILL TAKE 3-5 DAYS TO ARRIVE.
