This is an original 1970s Massilly tin plate waste paper bin; 'Poubelle' in French, with a charming 'antique' shop theme design including a order treasure chest, a copper oil lamp, a compass and a musket gun.

It would make an unusual decorators item in any home office or man cave and it would be a great prop for any production set in the 1970s.
