Please allow time for shipping! Shipping occurs during business hours Monday to Friday 9-5pm EST excluding holidays and excludes the processing time, they are not the same.
FREE SHIPPING is UNTRACKED package. In most cases I will not have tracking, I will not have the ability to figure out where your item is. Please note: you may UPGRADE shipping to TRACKED package and receive tracking. packages are usually sent out via Federal Post (Canada Post or USPS) - as they have been experiencing extremely unprecedented delays, we can also give you a quote for a 3rd party courier (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar). US residents: small packages such as tumblers, small signs etc will ship air mail without tracking. If you require tracking there will be an additional cost please let us know!
Ottawa Residents: You have the option to pick up locally or reduced delivery rate. Please use code FREELOCALPICKUP at checkout or contact me for reduced shipping .
