This is a wonderful pair of Art Deco shiny silver tone red celluloid engine turned snap cufflinks by Park Rodger. The octagon cufflinks have a circular and line engine turned design in the center. On the border is a dot and scroll design and a triangular cut outs that allows the red celluloid to show through.
Snaps are very easy to wear. To open, you break them apart, you don't pull them apart. You hold the link with thumbs together on top, and the bottom of your hands together, and then pull your thumbs down and away from each other.
You can put them on each side of the cuff before you put on your shirt and then just snap them together. To remove, place your thumb inside the cuff and push through to separate the link.
A nice size, the face is 1/2 inch octagon, and are 5/8 inch long.The space between the snap and face is 3/16 inch on each side.
The cufflinks are in good vintage condition. The snaps are tight and work as they should.
The inside of the snaps are signed Park Rodger Jiffy Pat Jun 11 20.
All items are carefully wrapped, placed in a new gift box and tied with curling ribbon.
