Vintage early 1960's black and white polka dot silk pinup dress by Junior Sophisticates Originals. Dress has an elaborate four layer ruffled halter neckline with a boned bodice. It has a fitted waist with pleated full skirt. Dress is backless with a metal zipper closure. Best fits an extra small. Excellent vintage condition with no visible wear.
