This cutting board/charcuterie board is made from gorgeous maple wood. Maple has a light creamy color and will make for a beautiful statement piece in your kitchen. Made form a solid piece of maple, this charcuterie board is available in two sizes, small 5.5” wide x 16” long or large 5.5” wide x 20” long allowing you to choose which size is best for your needs. The thumb hole design allows for easy handling and for hanging the board when not in use. If you would like to cut on your board, we recommend cutting only on one side and serving on the other. Our cutting boards are hand cut, sanded to 120 grit, and then sprayed with water to raise the grain before finally being sanded completely smooth up to 320 grit. This removes the raised grain to alleviate “fuzziness” during use. After sanding we season the cutting board with our blend of 100% beeswax and food grade mineral oil wood conditioner. The listing photo with the peppers is the 5.5" x 16" size and the photos with cheeses/meats is the 5.5" x 20" size.
To clean your board, use warm soapy water to clean the surface then be sure to dry thoroughly to prevent damage to the board over time. Do not submerge the board in water or wash in the dishwasher. To keep your board looking its best over time, we recommend using a beeswax/mineral oil wood conditioner approximately once a month or as needed to refresh and rehydrate your wood board.

All our maple cutting boards are handmade and order unique. While it will closely resemble the look of the pictured boards, wood grains, textures, and colors vary from piece to piece due to natural variations in wood. Please note, maple has a wide range of graining patterns so it will vary from board to board. Due to our items being made to order, all sales are final.
