This is a nice vintage leather bag, I believe it was a doctor's bag at one point. There are so many possibilities with this one, from an every day vintage leather pocketbook to an artist or makeup case to store tools of the trade. It has some wear order and tear, scuffs and marks from age and use, but it adds to the character. A few things to point out, one end has one, and the other end has two metal rods exposed. These were once cased in the leather overlay. The top opens by zipper. Aside from using this as a travel bag, men's bag or a large pocketbook, these old leather bags would look great as an accent piece on a bookshelf. I tried to show the overall condition in my photos.
