River Island is a high end shop in Great Britain which has been around for many years and the quality of their items shows in their workmanship and how their items withstand years of use.

This vintage River Island Cross-body bag is one of their beauties which has stood the test of time. The cross-bag itself is 18" across the top and 12" long, dipping down into a moon-like shape. The strap is 23" long with a beautiful buckle filled with rhinestones order measuring 3 3/8" by 2 3/4". It comes with a hook in it so you are able to adjust the length of the strap. The handbag itself has two leather ties 12" long to tie the bag togeather.

Looking inside the purse, the fabric a flowery pink cotton, is clean, and comes with a mirror side pocket and the metal clip saying" River Island".

The fur and the inside of the purse are clean and the rhinestones are intact. The strap does show a little wear but blends in well with the unique way the cross-bag is made.

One only needs to look at the pictures of this cross-bag to know that the quality of this faux fur is high end. Others have finally caught on , faux fur quality has improved and it is rolling out on the red carpets again. This cross bag is a statement bag and should be worn with confidence. I have to say that they were able to really wrap this cross-bag up by adding the beautiful rhinestone buckle and lovely cotton lining which shows the timeless look even inside the cross-bag.
