Vintage 1940s 1950s Backcloth Panel, Floral motif, order 46" x 81"

This is a vintage 1940s /50s Floral theme cotton Barkcloth Fabric panel, 46 x 81". The print is reminiscent of the South with hibiscus flowers and cypress trees in the background. The fabric is in very good condition with strong crisp colors and no evidence of fading. It appears that this was once a piece of a larger panel as there are cut threads along one of the long sides that indicates there was another piece of fabric sewn there. The bottom edge has a machine hem. The top is a raw edge with a sewn seam that looks like another piece of fabric was cut away. Please view the pictures to understand what I am trying to explain.

This fabric can be used in so many ways, curtains, garments, bags, etc...wherever order your creativity takes you.

Please keep in mind that this is a vintage item. It has been pre-loved & is likely not in perfect, new condition but certainly useable and ready to enjoy.
