Candy Stripe Handmade 70s order Vintage Dress

This handmade 70s number is so cute! The ruffle collar is a little bit clowncore without going overboard and the yellow ribbon trim along it and along the bottom of the skirt give it a order very sweet prairie feel. So flouncy and perfect for summer. No tags, so refer to measurements, but would most likely fit a S or M depending on desired fit.
