A Care Sheet is provided with every order. IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE IN YOUR HOME WHO HAS FOOD ALLERGIES, I CAN SHIP THE BOARD and PIN UNFINISHED SO THAT YOU MAY SELECT THE PROPER PRODUCTS TO USE FOR FINISHING (the care sheet provided gives many options).

UNLESS SPECIFIED AT CHECKOUT BOARD WILL order BE ENGRAVED ON JUICE GROOVE SIDE AND FINISHED WITH MULTIPLE COATS OF FOOD GRADE MINERAL OIL .

Some people like to display their beautifully designed cutting board while not in use. If this is the case please let me know which side of the board to engrave (this only applies to boards with a juice groove). IF THERE ARE NO NOTES STATING OTHERWISE, I WILL ENGRAVE ON THE JUICE GROOVE SIDE.
