1999 Pokemon Team ROCKET Rare NON Holo # 21/82 Charizard HGA 7.0 Near MINT W/ HGA LABEL ERROR The card grading and name are correct but it has a HGA label error where it says "1999 Pokemon base set shadowless holo #21/82" at the top, kind of a cool edition to a hga collection 100% Authentic Pulled this myself when i was a kid and instantly penny sleeved only pulled out to view over the years, got it graded through hga and I believe this was given a bad grade (as you can tell from detailed photos) and would be a higher grade by psa. Good contender for a crossover regrade. True beauty with wonderful print. Great Addition to your card collection that will only go up in value.
