This beautyfull Attic is a kit in one scale (1/12) made of MDF.
The kit is completely cut.
All you have to do is to put it together,paint it and decorate it how you like!
When finished,you can put it on the 1/12 roombox if you like.

The kit is unfinished. The roof tiles are not included!
You can close the entire side section or open it , so that you can access the miniature arrangement that you have created inside.
