This is an excellent, old photographic ART print. I'm not a photographer but it appears to be in sepia tones.

Guessing 1930's, could be older but its done by an professional artist using the camera as medium.

Frame appears to be made from cherry or mahogany wood

Frame has a few white paint spray speckles not noticeable unless on gets right in front of the top and looks down.
I don't see the artist's/photographer's name. Perhaps can be discovered if taken photo out of its frame.
