Not signed or numbered, but dated 1974 and order included is the original bookstore receipt showing its purchase in Buffalo, New York in 1975.

In very good vintage condition, with age discoloration on the cover but the inside appears unread. The receipt, which was tucked inside the book, has left some additional discoloration in its wake. Please see all photos. No tears or bends. Previous owner's name inscribed on the inside cover page.
