DESCRIPTION:

Included in the gift box is our 20oz tumbler, hexagon ring dish, and our tri-color chocolate set.

Tri-Color Chocolate Set: White Chocolate Limoncello Almonds, Milk Chocolate Cappuccino Cordials, Dark Chocolate Espresso Beans.

The tumbler uses double walled vacuum sealed insulation technology to keep a drink cold or hot between 3-5 hours. They work just as well to keep your morning coffee hot as the did to keep your gin cold the night before.

The space between the stainless steel walls is void of matter and creates a vacuum sealed environment that makes the outside devoid of condensation as ices eventually melts. With no medium for heat to transfer, your drink's temperature will not be impacted by the temperature outside the container.

All drink ware is BPA free, FDA approved, highly resistant to rust and to absorbing odor, taste or bacteria. They are easy to clean by hand. The clear lid seals tightly while allowing you to see inside your tumbler.

Along with your order, please include personalization notes in the box at checkout. We pack up each board with notes on maintaining and caring for your board, as well as, an optional gift message to the recipient.

PRODUCTION TIME:
Standard processing time is 2-5 days. During this time we create your custom graphic, laser engrave your board, sand and condition the final product.

Proofs will be provided for more intricate designs (cutting boards, door mats, event favors, etc). Listings that are more straight forward such as tumblers, mugs, candles or stones will not generate a proof unless requested by the buyer at checkout. Truly custom design requests will always generate proofs, multiple edits are available until we get it just as you envisioned it!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Due to all items being personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are at fault for an error. If there are any issues with your order you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund items on a case by case basis. Don't hesitate to contact us!
