This is a glass sculpture created for the 10th Anniversary of Home Box Office!
Made of clear glass, with an etched panel on one side of the HBO logo along with the dates 1975 and 1985. Weighing in at just over 36 ounces - that's more than 2-1/4 pounds!
Made by Cartier, this was given to employees and other people in the industry as a 'Thank-You' for the success of the cable station after it reached the 10 year mark.
It is a multi-sided glass sculpture - the sides alternate between triangle and square shaped surfaces. I'm sure that there's an official geometric name for this type of shape -

One of the square shaped surfaces has a small scratch - it's about 1/4" long. Not very noticeable- in the attached photos is a photo of the scratch - it was hard to even get it to appear in a photo.
