Two Hand-Painted order Coffee/Tea Cups with Plates

Two hand-painted coffee/tea cups with pretty blue and brown floral design, and two plates. Guessing it may be Japanese stoneware. I dont think they have been used, but one of the plates has been fixed on the edge.
Cups: 3" high and 5.5" wide (including handle)
Plates: Approximately 8" x 8"
