Circle Weaving order Loom Weave-a-Round Kit two sizes DIY for woven hat and circular shapes

The Weave-a-round Circle Loom kit comes with two sizes of precision laser-cut looms along with directions and weaving needles -- just add yarn! The larger loom is specially designed to make a one piece WOVEN BERET -- just follow the special warping directions, weave, take the weaving off the loom and sew one small seam and your beret hat is done!

Both the small and large looms can be used to weave circles with thick or thin yarns; these circles can be made into into hats of various styles by adding knitting or crochet, or your woven circles can be transformed into pillows, tote bags, collars, hot pads -- whatever you envision! Perfect for using handspun, textured yarns and odds and ends in creative ways!

Kits includes:

Two circular looms:
small measures 6 3/8 inches, an excellent size for embellishing and children's hats
large measures 11 3/4 and can be warped to create a flat circle, OR a one-piece beret.
Weaving needles - one short, one long
Detailed Directions - basic warping, warping for thicker threads, warping for a one-piece beret, and guidelines for turning a flat woven circle into a hat by adding knitting or crochet.

Looms are made in the USA in your choice of birch plywood, opaque white acrylic, or dark grey translucent acrylic. The wooden looms are finished (shade may vary). Please choose which material you wish for your looms. (there is no functional difference, its just a matter of personal preference). Some choices may periodically be sold out - if sold out, that material will not appear in the list of choices. One of the photos shows the birch, white acyrlic and dark acrylic options.

After making dozens of woven circles using various circle looms both order purchased and handmade, I designed these particular looms with peg spacing that works great with a wide range of yarn thicknesses, and 'shoulders' on the pegs to keep the yarn in place. This loom is also the first and only circle loom on the market that will weave a one-piece beret hat without any need to add knitting or crochet or sew any long seams.
