OWB Pancake holster for the S&W 1-7/8" inch J small frame, five shot revolvers designed and detailed using the S&W Model 642.
Fits 38 and 357 Magnum models.
Also fits most other small frame revolvers.
Colt Taurus Ruger Charter Arms and many more.
Right hand with 12 degree forward cant, angle or rake.
10 ounce Wickett & Craig Chocolate brown holster skirting leather.
10 ounce leather is 5/32 inch thick.
Double stitched.
Hand finished and dressed edges.

Today, things have become more costly. Supply has been delayed in some cases four times the normal wait. Some materials I use in the making of my items has become almost non existent. Fuel and price surcharges seem to be a monthly if not weekly add on and prices are going crazy on almost every material I use.
In the past I have taken my leather remnants and scrap pieces to local shows and sold them to other holster and knife sheath makers. Not any longer. Now I use those same remnants and scrap pieces to make a less expensive, more affordable holster for those needing a quality item at a reduced price.
These items are made with leather that is not used for first run items. Good bend leather with blemishes, fat wrinkles, scars, marks and other blemishes. Shoulder leather used by many makers as their first run leather choice. This leather may have edges not quite as smooth and more nap or fuzziness order on the interior but still has the temper and strength for decades of use.
I normally use a pattern that is more adaptable and usable for more than one style pistol and these are single stitched with no comfort slide guards.
