This beaver is a licensed plush toy and was repurposed into a chalk bag.
It comes with a black elastic cord order and your choice of a stopper (small round piece of plastic that cinches the opening of the chalk bag). It has two black loop to attach to a belt or clips. The inner material is white fleece.

Beaver is 9.5 inches (24 cm) tall from fleece opening to bottom. It is approximately 7.5 inches (19 cm) wide. Inside bag depth is approximately 7.5 inches (19 cm). The opening circumference is 15.5 inches (39 cm).
The fleece opening is reinforced with webbing on the inside.
