All plants are rooted unless stated otherwise and you will receive the exact plant pictured.

Most of our plants are grown in moss order mix so please do your research before transferring into a different substrate, we are not responsible for any issues caused from the transition.

Our shipping days are on Mondays and Tuesdays only so the plant does not sit at the post office any longer than necessary for its best health.
We ship very carefully however we are not responsible for any issues caused by the mail carrier such as delays, lost in the process, or even porch theft.
By purchasing the plants, you are aware that some leaves may turn yellow during the shipping process which is very normal. Please check your local weather forecast before ordering, insulation and heat packs are available upon request for an extra charge.

We do not accept returns or refund however please message us if you have any problems with your order.
