Whats your refund policy?
We accept returns or exchanges for any reason if you contact us within 14 days. You have 30 days from delivery to actually send it back to us. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty. Items must be sent back in original condition.

How do I clean my jewellery?
Gold Fill with tarnish over time, but can be polished back to a shine with a cloth. Just a plain polishing cloth, I don't recommend the sterling silver ones as they have a chemical on them that may damage gold fill products. You can slow down this process by keeping your jewellery in the presentation box provided whilst the piece is not being worn.

Entire earring measures 5.5x1.5cm at widest part. The gold tag measures 3mm x 40mm

What is gold filled?
Our Gold Filled items are similar to gold plated, the difference is that gold filled is made with 14k gold and has a much larger proportion of gold on it making it more durable. it is also same colour as real gold.
